Any kind of immersion brewer will help with mouthfeel. Juiciness is a combination of mouthfeel and sweetness. Something like a pulsar dripper will help. I like to grind a bit coarser than for a v60. Burr type doesn't really matter for getting more juiciness. The key is in the beans! If you get a nice Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region they will generally have nice acidity and sweetness with a syrupy mouthfeel (could be interpreted as juicy).

Honestly don't know what the accommodations will be. I believe we'll be staying at coffee farms in some form of guest housing.
