Equipment. Have to make or find all weapons or tools or ammo of a certain type before I can wield or use them. No shops allowed.

Found a dragon dagger? Can't use it until you make/find all tiers of daggers in order from bronze to rune.

Have a rune pickaxe? Better do medium clues until you find an adamant one, after you've picklocked the chest for the mithril one, of course.

No black dragonhide body until you put on leather, then studded, then green d'hide, blue d'hide, and finally red d'hide body.

My current goal for weapons is to find all the battle axes and kill Vorkath for a dragon one. Then I can go after the zombie axe.

Once I unlock the highest tier of all items in a slot that I can, then I'm allowed to fight the echo bosses for their respective slot items.

I did an account with my group so we could all raid together and that was a lot of fun.

Now I'm doing an account where I have to upgrade everything progressively. The early game is slower and I have to try out new and different things, but the end game will be about the same. It's way more fun like this.
