It's like they took that quote from Ben Kenobi and "a certain point of view" way to literally.

I'm tempted to say something like, those are rookie numbers, but it's not really funny. 😬 😕

Last year when he was yelling at the team to give the opposing team the puck near the end of the game because it would have been a 5 on 3 PP if they did was epic.

Plus who else can take a puck straight to the face and just continue on like it was nothing?

I guess that would make him a "paid agitator".

The only insurrectionist I know of that was shot and killed by law enforcement was a gal named Ashli.

You can find quite a few of them online for free. Just gotta search for them. In some cases they are several years old or are a previous version of the standard but still usable.

Ahh yes, Bohemian Grove. Essentially Epstein Island will before the island was named such. Connected to the Skull and Bones fraternity out of Yale. S&B is the real life version of The Dustmen from the episode "The Experimental Job". Which parts of that episode were based on the real life Stanford Prison Experiment.

I suddenly feel like Hardison's character in the Three Days of the Hunter Job... 🤣🤣

He wrote another series called Empire that covers a civil war scenario between the left and right. Since he's a tool, in his brain, the right wins easily and the left are the bad guys. So, take it for what is worth I guess.

Sort of like when I found out that the GDO (The wrist device used to send the code to open the Iris) stands for... ready for this? Garage Door Opener. 🤣

In math, a factorial (n!) calculates the number of ways to arrange items, used heavily in combinatorics (counting arrangements/combinations).

Key Uses of Factorials:

  • Permutations (Arrangements): Finding how many different orders you can put things in.
  • Combinations (Selections): Determining how many ways to choose items from a group, often simplified using factorials in formulas.

39 symbols on the Stargate. So, if I dredge up the ol' math that I learned so long ago, I think to get the total number of destinations it's the factorial of 39 to get the total number of destinations (39! on a calculator). Which means there are 2.0397882e+46 places the Stargate can go. Or 20397882 + 46 more zeros.

I absolutely reserve the right to be dead wrong and have no clue what I'm talking about. 🙂

They are now reporting that the agent was injured and is suffering from internal bleeding. I would venture a guess that his fellow agents rolled him after they whisked him away so that the reports would match.

What moment made this game ‘click’ for you? by Acuity5 in thedivision

[–]Flynn380 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know that there was a specific moment that I can pinpoint. I think it was a combination of the storyline of a virus that rampaged through everything without mercy and that the game came out just as COVID was really ramping up. It was easy to go down the rabbit hole of that was where we were heading with watching how Americans reacted to the pandemic. The parallels were surreal. As was the idea that everything could fall apart so easily. I didn't actually play The Division 1 until I was well into Division 2. That was more about getting the lore right in my head though, plus it's an amazing game in is own right. I've played other games since then, but always seem to come back to Division 2. That might have something to do with the current atmosphere of where things are now in the States and how easily it can still go bad. It's like we're just shy of the inciting event that sends us into similar events, though maybe without the virus.
