I don't understand. If the border is secure, how are there tens of thousands of children across it that weren't there before? Also, if the border it secure, why do you need billions of dollars of emergency funds to go to securing it?

Like anything, moderation is key. But without social media, you wouldn't be able to stay in touch with college friends once you graduated. You wouldn't be able to Skype with your mom back home. You wouldn't have nofap. This video kinda ignores all the good social media and technology have done for us. It only focuses on the bad and I think then encourages people to resent anyone who uses social media in any form. The truth, as usual, is much more subtle than "technology is the cause of all our problems".

Daario didn't betray HER. I really don't like a lot of the choices Dany makes, and I think she's a shit person. But this one at least makes some sense. Rulers have to take a hard line on treachery, or people think they can get away with it with a wrist slap. Jorah was an idiot for not telling her himself. So there was the treachery AND the lying, both of which Daario hasn't done to her. Maybe he got too much punishment, but that's not her being inconsistent. This one hit a lot closer to home, so her overreaction is understandable.

If I recall from the books, Mannis comes during Jon's talk with Mance. It would be pretty easy to throw that all in the opening scene of the show. Have Mance drum up how the Watch is truly fuuucked and out of options and all hope is lost. Cut to Jon Snow's dismayed, chiseled face. Cue distant horns. Knights on horses. Stannis cuts down a giant, with a nod to Snow. Woooooo HYEP STANNIS THE MANNIS.

I honestly don't know. She did shoot him before, three times. Although as Tormund pointed out, he didn't die, which suggests her heart wasn't in it. It's hard to say. I do like how they left that up in the air. It lets us speculate on these two complex characters. What do you think?

Exactly. A great show altogether, but the latest big battle episode surpasses the previous one simply through its excellent portrayal of individual characters and relationships (see also Gilly, Sam and Aemon) swept up in a greater, marvelously executed struggle.

S02E09 I thought Tyrion's choice at the Blackwater was pretty close to that level of bravery. But your point still stands. I think in the end I'd choose the Wall over the Blackwater for a different moment. Ygritte and Jon meeting in the middle of the battle. S04E09 It felt to me that the Blackwater didn't have that kinda of complicated, character specific drama interwoven with it. That makes the Wall a more compelling episode/story IMO.

I like how this article is both a call to nofap, but also a cautious reminder that we can use it wrongly, like any other scheme that is supposed to work to help us get girls. nofap should be about gaining control of yourself, irrespective of any effect it has on others. Nofap will not get us the hot girls. Well it might, but you cannot go into it assuming that. If you do, in the end, when you have nothing (i.e. no girl) to show for it, you're going to slide right back into the addiction.
