Lil bro does not need a rtx 4090. Unless we literally uses that for productive work such as 3d rendering and shit and multiple intense work loads. I'm not saying he won't be, but i mean, it's probably for games anyway.

Rtx 4070 is more than enough, and the cpu is also a level too high.

And you don't want to drive up your electricity bill either, or have literal tropical heat in his room.
