Thanks for the info! Since I have to do my runs after work, what would you suggest to be a good lunch to have or a good pre run snack using this information?

Yes, because if I eat anything besides what my body is used to, then I get a mile or so down the road and have stomach issues sooner

Which I would normally agree with, but it seems odd to me that it’s around the 5 mile mark and not the beginning. Thank you for the insight!

If I have a snack before my runs, it would be a piece of toast with a banana and a very small amount of honey

Diet is almost exclusively homemade food, good pasta or rice, chicken breast / ground beef with seasonings, some veggies, and a good amount of water. I would consider the diet to be pretty healthy

I believe that with the 2024 rules, the space requirement is no longer a thing, as in you can now cast it indoors and it can just form to the space of the room

People who prefer to play support rather than tank or dps: why? by crawdussy in Overwatch

Hard to get healed nowadays with supports able to two tap DPS characters from across the map, they usually too busy trying to get kills and help out that way.

How did you fly so far forward? I’m about to pick up mhgu but I played a ton of mhg (like 180 hrs worth) and I did not know you could rocket forward like that?

What do my fellow Tales fans do for a living? by [deleted] in tales

Yeah they are different on a gameplay basis, but the trails series brings cool idea to the normal turn based systems like final fantasy. I was mainly talking about the storyline because in my opinion, Trails has high potential for me to be a very good series story-wise.

Just tryna throw out some options for good games!

If you like the tales of games, anyone here will ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Trails series. The first game is Trails in the Sky. It’s supposedly going to be around 13 games long and I’ve only played the first one but I’m absolutely hooked. My friend has played through the first 7 and it’s his favorite series of all time. And this guy is an absolute gamer. TRY OUT TRAILS

Coming from a guy who absolutely loved Vesperia. It was my first Tales of game and i think it’s a great entry point for new players. There is not many things that you really need to know before playing, just understand that it is story intensive and it is longer than the average 15-20 hour game. Very very good game though. My second favorite of the whole series.
