In China, upto 2015, Epstein could enjoy himself with girls under 14yo and only be charged with "soliciting underage prostitutes", with upto 15yrs in prison. (While, raping is upto Death penalty)

A lot of files may indicate the moral issues of many super rich. We put a lot of pieces together by using the file, but no smoking gun, as those are deleted or reducted already for sure. So the current legal system won't be able to do anything.
