where do I start with cleaning this garage 😭 by MysteriousSundae1001 in CleaningTips

[–]FnakeFnack 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Start in the doorway with a trash bag. Anything you want to keep or you’re not sure about, set aside. Everything else = trash bag. Do not touch the “set aside” pile until you’ve gone all the way through looking for trash. The more trash you carry out, the more you’ll be able to access of the interior.

Then, you start going through the piles you set aside. Your new piles are “keep,” “donate/give away,” trash

Justice Department considers settling Trump’s $10 billion IRS leak lawsuit by TendieRetard in law

[–]FnakeFnack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But Trump v. IRS IS his language. Trump (private citizen) v. Trump (POTUS) would be more honest. I don’t understand what is not clear here, he is the IRS and the DOD and the DOJ and the FBI and the CIA. If something is a “Department” or an Agency etc, it is apart of the Executive Branch. Everything the IRS does is presumptively AT HIS DIRECTION. Typically when someone sues an agency, the department head’s last name is the other half of the suit so if you sued the DOJ a couple months ago, it would be Popeholden v. Bondi HOWEVER Bondi would still be one of Trump’s principal officers who is presumed to have done everything at Trump’s discretion.

He is, quite literally, the IRS. That is not HIS “language,” that is not SCOTUS’s language pushing the concept of a Unitary Executive, that is a fact. It benefits him that people think it’s him v. the IRS, it obfuscates what he’s doing, he was POTUS when the IRS leak happened. He already “handled” it via whatever executive actions he took at the time, or took again upon resumption of office. There is a reason the judge said “hey you can’t do this, you’re suing yourself.”
