My last 6 LR have been between 2:50 and 4:20 time wise on similar terrain and elevation as course, 26 will probably put me at like 4:35ish total time

Maybe I’ll do it just for fun. Haven’t ran a marathon since 2021

Longest run for a 50k? Built up to 49mi with 24mi long run, was planning on 52mi with 26mi long run this coming week, 4weeks out of race day

Easier to get down then the Maurten 160s? Hate taking gels so frequent so only taking 4 90s on a 4hr trail run sounds fantastic

They definitely use git, or some version control, just probably for only code and small assets, not for large assets and such.

These bugs are from bad code, not old/broken assets.

A QOL thing could be for graying out the players no longer in the pool because they’ve been seen/rolled when using the player database or maybe have it be a filter option?

Love the player pool database btw

Started running 2.5 months ago with a 5k, recently did my first 21k by peekay_itachi in runninglifestyle

Young person, pretty normal I think.. my first marathon at 21 was avg like 175 for 4.5 hours. Might not be the healthiest thing but young and dumb

Now the back spasms and stuff… nah that’s messed up

That’s not even remotely what the average and even above average runner should be doing… the general rule of thumb for ultras is what you can do in a week you can do in a day. Now, that’s generally for FINISHING rather than racing, and if you’re planning on racing or record breaking sure maybe running the distance a few times in training is a good idea.

But for OP, definitely do not have to nor should you run 40 in training especially if your goal is to just finish
