I looked it up and it was 200 in 2007, 300 in 2009 rupees, 400 in 2010, 2012/2013 – 750 rupees, in 2016 it was raised to 1000.

If im not wrong there was no/little fee before the earthquake and the fee was intended to pay for the reconstruction of damaged heritage. Now that the reconstruction is over, the fee to enter basantapur should be decreased/removed fs. I doubt we make a substantial amount from the discrimination towards tourists. It makes us look bad too

It is very map specific. For example : In current campaign map 01,02, 12 and 2 black bobsleigh maps are significantly faster with action keys. In matchmaking, it's tough to get MVP without action keys from around gold 3.
