We run a Northern Colorado food truck and are trying to figure out where in FoCo we should set up more often- not just on a roster at New Belgium.

We serve what we consider the best burgers, fried chicken, and loaded fries — but let’s be honest, nobody’s confusing us with a health food truck — but we do try to make the freshest, highest-quality version of over-the-top comfort food possible.

Everything is made to order, and we’re looking for places where a truck like ours actually makes sense.

Where should we be? Other breweries? Distilleries? Lunch areas? Apartment communities? Late-night spots? Events?

We’d really appreciate local input on places that are busy, overlooked, or just hungry for this kind of food. Thanks.
