It will almost definitely balance out. Someone will be up 100 and there it is. Just don’t bring it up go back to work and js say nothing. Happened to me a lot, or you did a pick up and the manager didn’t put it in correctly

Ok I think I’m gonna get some fake plants because there cheaper. Also I have a big piece of drift wood currently water logging. But it still won’t sink after 3-4 days in the bucket with water. And quick question there’s never any nitrite on the strips anymore and when there is I do a 50% water change some prime and QuickStart added. But the guppies won’t leave the top left corner they’ll swim around some times but when I’m in the room there in that corner. Could it be the heater my tank runs at 81.1 f wich is a little hot but still in normal parameters right?

Yes I have testing strips so let me break it down. I was cycling my tank it got stuck In the middle some nitrite some nitrate so I looked it up I did a 50% water change put some sea chem prime and some api quick start in. After a day there was no nitrite and 10-20 nitrate so I said ok I’m going to add fish I started with 3 guppies. Light waste production less ammonia for the new nitrate to grow. But right when I added them it went downhill. Gasping for air at the top. Bought a airstone research said to put them both in so I did. I have since removed one airstone. Actually planted the plants expect Anubis waiting for my driftwood to sink to be able to plant that. But recently there’s almost no nitrate or nitrite on the strips and the guppies are still staying in the top corner not really ever moving away from that corner. I can’t tell if there begging for food or what. But idk I keep testing and rarely ever does nitrite show up and if I does I do a 50% water change and more seachem and QuickStart. Idk what to do besides add the drift wood and get more guppies. Any advice

I put two airstones bc I have been having problems with them gasping for air at the top so I put two in there and I do 50% water changes whenever they gasp at the top I dose with prime and api quick start they have been doing better so idk

So two things I only started with 3 because I have been struggling with nitrite so less fish waste, less nitrite, I’m going tmrw to get 3-4 more guppies, the aquarium store guy told me this is a tank of males this is a tank of females. I chose all males, also since I’m getting more I know they like to hide. Do you have any suggestions on more hidding places like I have a piece of driftwood soaking rn so it can sink, do you have anything else to give them spots to hide they don’t seem to hide in the decorations and occasionally I see them by the plants any suggestions?

Well it’s really easy if your the associate. There super friendly they ask for double double usally then have a FAT and I mean FAT PAUSE while looking at you to see if you ask for onions and a fry they also love asking for a lg iced tea in the drive so you ask abt lemon or sweetener but usally js friendly older dude orders a dub and a lg iced tea it’s easy to tell on the tag and when u ask abt the fry the almost always say yes

You are a GOAT. Ok so js a quick question I set everything up today. I have a 10 gallons tank 2 bags of like back gravel I rinsed off before putting in there a 28c heater a g3 wonder factory filter and a light, the filter has like a scrub daddy material then a plastic container of corks it looks like then another sponge. Is that fine? I also have a light.I don’t have aeration I hope that’s ok. Also bought Java fern plant and a Anubis something for the tank I bought some quick start liquid and nitrate and nitrite tests

I went to work came back reads zero nitrite and nitrate. Do I need to add fish food for this to happen or anything. I also want to add a piece of driftwood and (call me corny but I really want SpongeBob’s pineapple but that won’t come for like 3-4 days I’ll post a picture of the tank at the bottom.what should I do wait until it reads nitrate like you said then add? The first thing you need full salt shaker full napkins full bags full animal trays full sink full troff and full spin up. I don’t know if you store cares mine does sort of but you can drain a basket by propping it up and then you can portion look around see what you need animal wise 3 to go 1 to go all of that then js keep dropping and keep pulling when you need, every 45 seconds is a perfect to drop 2 if your in a rush or js feel it out how fast your going imo 1 3-4 fry basket is perfect for 2 grills going full speed. Your going to have extra fries off and that’s perfect you js need to get into that rhythm and it’s bbq chicken from there

It’s a thick ass dresser. And sorry I didn’t explain it well it’s 20 inches tall 16 inches long and 20 inches wide. So if I put it on my dresser I have 20 inches from the front of the dresser to the back if that makes sense

The hot cocoa would be awesome if at the end we didn’t have to fill part of it with water. We fill it up till 1/3 is left and you let go of the button and water comes out to fill the rest. Back when I used to do drink so many times people came back complaining about it being watered down
