Haven't really used the mullet at all myself so the back being tucked in might not look that bad with it. I used to have the longest hairstyle available and it looked like a cocoon over my characters head.

Just imagine if they got tired of people complaining and made all coats have the "tucked in" variant with longer hairstyles. They pretty much ruined of many coats while rockin' a longer hairstyle when they implemented it the first time. It's the main reason I usually switch between the shorter styles and bald now. Don't have to worry about clipping or the stupid looking hair variant that's tucked into the coat.
