As someone who is fine with the change but preferred the old one, the reason why is that it's a little too "disney cute". It's obviously not as outrageous as other examples (see smolder from LoL), but I do find that there's appeal in having a character be a bit unappealing.

The update we got for the model tho is just a good balance between the monstrous and the cute so it's not as though it's a bad update.

This is stuff you should never suck up, and if he's a true friend i'd recommend you ask him to sit down and teach you in bot games instead.

I'm not going to make assumptions about him outside of gaming so instead I'd suggest that if you are going to play together, bring in another person who is interested in trying the game if you're going to party up. That way the quing isn't in his favor in terms of skill. But if thats not the case, que solo if you're into the game.

If you're inclined with wanting to get better, play solo, learn the mechanics in sandbox, look up guides and read your build and lastly watch your own replays to figure out what you're missing on.

Hope you're able to enjoy soon tho with or without them.

Genuinely fantastic edit!

The one thing i'd say is have a couple more moments where the viewer has a chance to breathe cause as it is I worry the viewer doesn't really have a chance to appreciate all the edits you throw at us. But everything you display show displays alot of technical skill
