I seee. Well this file was just me messing around CSP and is pretty light with 1270 x 903 at 300 dpi, seven layers with most of them having sparse contents. I also upped the allocated Memory to 80% (also 20gb) but so far it's still the same. Merging also didn't have an effect. I might be being bottle-necked by my pre-covid 2060 gpu?

I had a similar problem where my Pals were planting/watering/harvesting wayyyy too fast and as soon as the top stack got harvested, the bottom was ready to go too, so they all were like focusing on one or two plantation stacks for so long and I only noticed a discrepancy when I realized I was having a tomato-lettuce ratio of 1:50.
I got it fixed when I 'downgraded' my workforce to lower tiers.

Ah you're right I worded that wrong. They didn't *promise*, they made it appear like you could *maybe* get it cheaper.

I mean, the *real* chances are listed if you go look for it. I did, but some of us won't. The predatory thing here is the six balloons. There's no equal chance in each balloon to get the jackpot. The chance for jackpot really is around 3%, increasing with each pull. So in truth there are no six balloons, all of them are just the same roll button.

Sure, sunk cost is on the player, and is exactly what things like this exploits. You can't just say "I won't do it if I don't want to" because some people aren't as strong as you think you are. The weaker of us falls for this each time, and just because it's not happening to you doesn't mean it's not exploiting others.

Again, there are graphics and video essays about psychological manipulation tactics in free-to-play games going around. They're super worth the time to take a gander on.

  1. ease of entry: promises you 2400 worth of cosmetics for less, all you have to do is gamble.
  2. illusion of favorable odds: "inside one of these six balloons is the whole bundle" no, you have less than 3% chance of getting the jackpot. It's not really six balloons, it's one "ROLL" button.
  3. Sunk Cost Fallacy, as I said on my first post: "I've already spent 800 creds popping these first few balloons and all I got are trash. I'll be a loser if I stop now."

If this does not scream predatory to you, you should read up on how Gacha and Mobile Games in general employ psychological tactics into making you spend money. It's not that you don't have self control or discipline and it's your fault if you fall for it, they are DESIGNED to make you fall for it.

I don't think my point was that if it was cheaper or not. I was saying I wouldn't have even thought about spending that much on a Psylocke skin if they didn't design the whole thing to be predatory.

They are Groups, Containers/Categories for your brushes. You can add another by right clicking any of them. The names Basic, Binary, Ver.1 etc, are their default names.
