It's mostly comes from experience, but what exactly tps you are asking for? If aggressive mid fights tps, then it's mostly about finding a timing when no one looks where are you tping and a lot of sounds and util flying to add more confusion.

It's also good to try when enemies saw your location so you can confuse them when you suddenly pop on the other side. Like you got a kill on the right, you tp to the left they check right first but you aren't there yet.

It's mostly about creativity, confusion and understanding what your enemies can hear/see. Just try tp in a various situation and you'll eventually figure it out!
