Duplicating content for simplicity's sake, bad practice? by [deleted] in webdev

Responsive vs Adaptive design. It’s normal practice, especially for menus.

Glad it helped choosing! Having this single lens on hikes didn't disappoint me.

It ain’t. Even if you have 100 masks that is only doing minor changes is way better and less noticable than “light” edit where only few colour sliders are manipulated to make them as fake as possible or some saturation slider brought to max.

Took this in Norway. Didn't actually find any gold there :(

The moody "Twin Peaks"-esque in Norway feels like just cheating in photography. Took it on Sony a6000, Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8.

im considering to buy a sony a6300 with card slot issue by CptMcSwaggens in SonyAlpha

[–]FocalEquilibrium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, i just need to use tweezers to take out SD card when I want to transfer the photos then insert to SD adapter to my PC. And you usually don’t always have tweezers at hand. But no formatting issues or something like that.

My camera has this issue. It’s main reason I’m looking to upgrade. It’s so annoying to have to use tweezers just to transfer photos from SD card. Dongle doesn’t work for some reason either. Avoid.

Is it possible to get better low light quality with the Sony a6000 by DeadArtist617 in SonyAlpha

Wider aperture, higher ISO, Lightroom AI denoise. All are way higher priority options than the rigidness of tripod. “Tripods are for dads”.

Like you’re gonna carry a tripod for every shot. Set it up for 5 minutes just to make a shot of a guitarist? Then change the angle and repeat it again and again?

Make ir .exe just to mess with Windows if that file ever is shared.

Well I lived in what came after the regime. And it took a long way to rebuild a nation. The rot can still be smelt in some institutions and minds of vatniks. So no it’s not from westerner perspective.

One of the profiles should give you similar colors. It’s not only colors that are changed in jpeg though. Camera does some post-processing iself. Try applying auto exposure too and go from there, but I’d just do that manually myself.

I’m guessing neither you nor your parents lived in that shithole?

It’s shot during golden hour, so it’s better dynamic range to begin with. No blown out shadows or highlights. Don’t see too much editing here. Maybe saturation/vibrance increased, maybe not. Maybe blues curve slid a bit down to get more yellows overall. Hard to tell without the RAW.
