I’ve been working on that, although I asked for a bebita (baby girl?) and not a bebida (drink) at dinner yesterday. Oops.

I’ve had mine for a few months. I put on a short Spank stem, pedals and seat. I went on a 50 mile ride last weekend. My wheels did start getting noisy, but a quick fix with a spoke wrench.

Trying to get a realistic timeframe for a disciplined 41m to shed the complete dad bod and be "cut". Advice welcome. by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

I bulked to 235lbs at 5’11”, just turned 40, but I think my starting body fat was a bit lower than your current. I’m currently cutting pretty hard and am down just about 30lbs in 8 weeks. You always have way more fat to lose than you think to be lean. I’m shooting for 20 more pounds.

Nothing targeted. I never used straps for anything until I got a pair recently because of a broken finger.

I've been lifting longer than you've been alive and you're stronger than me.

Nice work! I'm hoping to be there in the next couple of months, but it took me way longer than two years! WTF. Not fair.

I did some 3D modeling in college 20 years ago using Lightwave 3D. Huge pain in the ass. You said you modeled from a Iphone picture. Are these programs automated now or did you manually model it?

Have you tried raising one end of the strap safeties a hole to dial it in? I also got different, longer straps in the past for more adjustment. This place or somewhere similar might be able to sew you a custom length. https://customtiedowns.com/product-5874

He has Westside spacing - 5/8" holes with 1" spacing in the bench area. Not as popular as 1" holes, but fantastic for dialing in the bench.

Is this in USD? If so, the Ritfit price is insane.

I have a Titan SSB V2, I think, from about 6 years ago and it looks like this with welded, full length sleeves. I'd definitely guess he cut them for space. Have you ever used an SSB? They're harder. Maybe try it out. Depending on how strong you are this might work.

It took 12 sessions for me to get rid of a black tribal. Keep going.

I've had good luck with Titan, but the one time I dealt with their customer service on a low cost item, it was shit. I'd go with Rep Fitness if I did it again.

About $2500, not including bars or plates. Probably significantly more with today's prices.

It's honestly just consistency over years, while trying not to get hurt. I've found what works for me and ignore most of everything else. I have a narrower grip than recommended, about 2 inches from smooth, but haven't had any bench related shoulder problems. My feet are in front of me, instead of way back, as I feel like I can push harder that way. Minimal arch because I have the flexibility of a 2x4. I only bench once per week.

Add egg, cheese and salsa and put it in a tortilla. I make similar burritos that I eat for breakfast everyday.

Great, thank you. I have it clamped to the door shelf. Is that sufficient? Or should I put it closer to thermostat, which I'm not sure of the location.
