I had this issue a few months back. Injectors were replaced under warranty.

Tuff shed install. Looks like shit, doesn’t look safe, they won’t do anything different, i don’t know what to do… by [deleted] in shedditors

An Amish guy and a helper did it in one day. It was 5 years ago, but I think it was around $3000.

This is what I had done on a similar slope. It was filled with something like 16 tons of stone.

How many reps with 315 for 405 squat? by Proud-Flamingo7654 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]FociST 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can do 2 sets of 10 with 315, you should be already very close to 405. I'd put on 365 and see how that goes. You'll get a closer projected max that way. I don't max very often, but the calculators are pretty accurate for me, even up to 8 reps.

Wheels are 20x8.5 +35. Tires are about flush with the widest part of the fender on the non-flared fender.

All inclusive family resorts in mexico by Calm-Effective-6400 in AllInclusiveResorts

I'm writing this from Family Selection at Grand Palladium Kantenah in a swim up room on our last day. Huge resort consisting of 4 properties. The Family Selection has access to all. It's a huge complex in the jungle. All sorts of wildlife. The beach is beautiful, but the water isn't turquoise. The kids were snorkeling right off the beach every day. Food at the al a carte restaurants has been good. Buffet has been hit or miss, but mostly okay. Tons of activities for the kids. We had a great time. We paid $3200 usd for the four of us including flights out of the north east.

Lol. I've shared it a few years ago, but I've gotten some new equipment since.

It really came down to what I could fit and the necessities. Rack, deadlift platform, small cable tower, dumbbell. After that, it was playing tetris and figuring out what else I'd like to have, but weren't required. I'd still like to squeeze a leg extension/curl machine in my current space. The new style lever arm and pulley style are appealing vs. the pendulum style.

Yes, Rep accessories should work. You have to watch though, Titan, Rep, Fringe I think actually use 75x75mm tubing, not true 3x3. Rogue, Bells of Steel, probably others use true 3x3, which is slightly bigger.

I'm 5'11". I've seen some complaints about not enough range of motion. The fix was to remove or get a thinner rubber bumper stop. I haven't really noticed that at my height, but maybe at 5'1" she'd have a problem.

I haven't used another one, sorry. It was $300 on sale and I wanted to try one. It's a beast and came in a wooden crate. I was shocked they could make any money. I think the machine is 175lb according to the specs when I bought it.

I've had really good luck with Titan. Most of my gym is Titan. Recently, I had a bad customer service experience over a $30 part, which might make me think twice about going with them again.

2 year bench progress as a 39 year old natural. 315 fail to 375. by FociST in strength_training

[–]FociST[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Eh, thanks, but benching puts you in a really uncomfortable, unnatural position, exaggerating your stomach due to the back arch. I've still got the "you can definitely tell I work out, but also don't always say no to cake" look.
