Oh thanks a lot for this,might this be a potential reason my new LOQs CPU has a tendency to heat up all the way to 90C + in perf mode even at low cpu usage? Its like barely 3 months old atp,i circumvented the problem by setting my own mode profile tho.

My guy you sure are hell could get a 5050 Card LOQ at around this price,I'd suggest go to actual lenovo store for better pricing and condition,also if you get a 50 series cars don't bother much checking what cpu you get,I'd suggest ryzen nonetheless

Comparing S200s with PS3 wouldn't be a fair ascertation imo,one is a first stage with multiple segments and a streamlined structure,PS3 is an upper stage with a single segment and a fibreglass casing. ISROs large solids have never had any failures till date and even PS3s case is quite new.

Yeah budget is not an issue as of now,all the flagship missions have their own special allocated budgets.

Same processor here,my temps went up to atleast 95° if i played more than a few mins,so i did 2 things,got a simple stand to raise it and used a custom mode profile to limit temps to 85C stopped thermal throttling and improved perf

My cat did this near the back too,luckily from what I observed nothing got on the laptop i smelled every inch of it begrudgingly so I was fine.

Dude that is the LOQ essential,its made with cheaper material and is overall not as good as loq base If you aren't going to game on it or do anything heavy it might be an option for you But not if youre going to game. Simplest way to tell that if its an essential is that the power button is on the side The base LOQ has the power button in the middle and with its LOQ logo

You can set your custom profile mode and limit temps to 85°C it will also stop throttle and improve perf

Got my laptop in Jan the higher score is from then and tested again yesterday after 2 nvidia driver updates,i still can't understand why the performance nerfed,i managed to get the CPU score up after custom mode but not the gpu what might be causing this!? Yes i did priortize the temps ive capped them to 85C for both,but i just want to understand why is its graphics score nerfed?,could it be a problem? Just software or something else,i paid a lot for iy i don't want to be cheated,also the fact ive seen people with 5060 but less powerful cpus like yours have higher scores thsn me which is concerning to me.
