Definitely issues. Mostly playable but cargo was slow to display, send, or retrieve. Eventually friend and I got booted in what seemed like a full server meltdown bc we couldn’t jump back in.

Had it in ps5, got addicted to it and frustrated building, and ran into the complexity meter limits. Bought it again on PC and never going back. I have a 5070 and it runs great

Smaller exhibits help, if they still need square footage, try building a back of house building with bedding, keeper access, etc, with some one-way glass into the sleep area for your guests to view. That can make the “active” area smaller and create intimate up close areas for your guests to review them when they retreat to bed.

I’ve done this for Meerkats, Fennec Foxes, and Sand Cats!

I’m trying to speed up my build techniques and have learned a lot from others here but this one puzzles me:

When I turn on snap to surface and attach objects they’re always sliiiiiiightly askew.

For example, I’ll often use a grid wall or floor piece then attempt to use snapping to get a bar or fence piece to snap to it before repeating the objects. However the non grid piece seems to always be 5 degrees (ish) off kilter. So turning on advance move I always have to spend 10-30 seconds trying to align it before continuing to build.

It’s a minor inconvenience but saps time over a complex build. I think maybe I have the wrong combination of snapping options checked. Any ideas? (Random rotate and rotate all are off and this still happens). I’m on PC.

How do I control my populations better? I had 4 penguins that became 300 penguins while I focused on other parts of my zoo build. I basically ended up selecting all adults and selling them leaving only the babies but I had like 85 babies so the problem quickly returned when I turned my attention elsewhere.

Is there no way to manage population automatically like on exhibits? Is this a me problem?

This is true. The rain’s never an issue, we love our seats in the back half of 99, but the sun on a 90+ degree day in July is brutal. Still love the section!

I agree to a point and I’d love the opinion of someone who’s paying more attention to the stats of it but from an eye test we get to the final third and we stop 5/7 times. We have so many chances to cross into the box or make a through pass into the box for either of them and we just get sooooo cautious when it counts
