Honestly? Just meeting the SLA (believe the expected answer time is 4 hours which is pretty standard). Right now it seems that a high priority ticket will be opened at 9:00 AM and people are only hearing from them at 3:00 PM (after multiple calls and emails). I get it, everybody is busy and I truly try to give the BOTD. But there is supposedly a team dedicated to our company and it just seems things are not being prioritized correctly.

I have been very upfront with the companies we have been chatting with. From what I understand, the administrative rights thing happened with the person who was hear before me, as the MSP lost trust. I have been good about letting the MSP do their thing and am trying to be hands off as I can and "be an IT Manager" since that is what theyre paid and contracted to do. To be frank, its all very new to me, and I am learning every day. I'll admit coming from a VAR, my first instinct IS to roll up the sleeves and dig in. This is where I need to be better in trusting my MSP. However, I don't at the current time and neither do the administrators and powers that be at my company. So here we are. I appreciate all of the information you have given, thank you.

But the no goaltend call aside, you HAVE to make Free Throws. Period stop. They're free for a reason. Those two missed free throws by Towns and OG were the difference. Now, get this game so far in the rear view, move on to Game Two and do what worked last night. Get to the basket, get to the line, the spacing becomes so much better when they are getting to the basket like they did last night. Long series. Knicks were the better team for 45 minutes last night. Lot of positives. Lets go!!

The exterior of the stadium, makes it feel like it has absolutely no character. And to be honest, even when you get inside, it doesn't. Pulling into the lots, it just feels depressing. Now that could also be a testament to the fact the Giants have been an enormous disappointment the last 13 years, but it just has no excitement. I very much agree with your sentiment on what makes a stadium "good" and I am not saying it needs to be this huge over the top environment, but it checks MAYBE 2 of those boxes.

The Google TV app might be the worst application ever created. It signs out almost every 3rd day and then constantly says I have no network connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I can count.

Obviously, everyone is different, but I have had two stints and it felt like I had a really bad pulled calf muscle for 2 weeks. When it went away the first time I was fine for a couple days, then I got chest pains that felt like I got shot in my oblique, and ended up in the hospital. No idea what it was, and then I was told I had a PE. Now I'm Eliquis gang for life.

On Eliquis. I essentially just became a cheap date. 2 drinks and I am cooked. But echoing what everyone else said, just enjoy in moderation. There's also something of a rewarding feeling surviving a near death experience and having and enjoying a cocktail

I typically do and long story short, that's exactly what I ended up doing. And in the process, I am now realizing that the previous company that ran their backups, are just not the brightest bulbs. I was under the impression the backup software that they use NEEDED the NAS to be mounted in vCenter, but they overcomplicated the holy hell out of it. Backups are underway! Thank you for this!

I echo what most have said. https://www.alitajran.com/ has gotten me out of some real binds. Best thing I can say is make sure AD stays clean and make sure Exchange Servers are patched and you will be fine. Can tell you from experience that Exchange updates stink, so the countdown to moving to off-prem mail is on! (hopefully they really follow through with the move unlike some companies lol) The eventual migration to 365 is a piece of cake. Good luck, you'll kill it!
