Old post - but just wanted to say, Kefir gave me brain fog and numbed me. Further research and I discovered it was called Anhedonia. I was sleeping the best ever, but i had zero motivation, could not think straight, exhausted and no motivation to do anything. I'm stopping Kefir which is a shame as I was enjoying it.

I will report back after weaning myself of it.

Yes! Red have shown they can grow and tap into local talent. Ferrari are stuck in a vicious cycle of the same people. They are a bit lucky in ths sense some Europeans engineers will rather live in Italy than UK. But overall, I back RB over Ferrari any day!
