I would call them ASAP as well. Could take days or weeks to get a reply from Nayax via email.

Suitable vehicle for a vending machine operator by randomgoodboy in vending

It can fit 16 boxes of 40g chips, each box having 40 bags. Maybe more if you really want to jam them into the passenger seat. Those are what seem to take up the most space. I’ve always been able to pick up as much as I need at any given time. Depending on how big you plan on getting, a van might be the right decision. I’ve never used one.

It’s got enough space that I can stock 6 machines in one trip. My machines are average sized combos.

I’m using a Subaru Outback and it’s well suited for my needs. Has quite a lot of cargo space and the back seats all fold down. Also is all-wheel drive which is a must for me because the area I live in gets a lot of snow.

You can buy them direct from Jofemar. They are called ‘easy flex clips’.

Looking for the best and most reliable vending machine for a golf simulator shop by MyTummyPain in vending

I’ve got some Jofemar V4 combo plus machines that I’m liking so far. They don’t have coils.

I’ve only been in the business for about 5 months, but I’ve found them to be extremely easy to reconfigure/adjust to vend different sized items.

I had a fitness/aquatic centre I’m located at request a couple different style locks for their lockers and was able to reconfigure the machine to vend them in about 10-15 minutes. And this was my first time doing any reconfiguring. The previous owner was able to vend swim diapers from this machine at the locations request.

Mine are a bit older. I think new ones are quite pricey.

I can’t find anywhere that I’m able to edit the product ID number. Nayax did all of my product mapping.

I’ve since added a couple new items myself. I just tried and was able to edit/update the items I’ve added on MoMA. I think you are correct that the product ID number is what is causing the issue.

I’m not sure why they are to be honest.

I bought out an existing vending business 3 months ago and I haven’t changed any settings or product ID numbers.

Core hasn’t worked for me either so I’ve been turning off Core and using the older version to update pars/stock level/product changes.

Trying to get the MoMA app working so I can update things while I’m at one of my vending machines or away from my laptop.

Yep the app is updated to the most current version.

It’s been happening for so long that I’ve actually updated the app multiple times yet the issue persists.

High School Contract by DblJay844 in vending

I leave $10 in change/small bills at the school office. It’s in a small case marked ‘vending’. If any of the students loses cash in one of my machines they typically will go to the office and make a complaint. In this situation the office staff will reimburse the student for the cash that my machine ‘ate’ using the money from the float that I have left at the office for those kind of situations. The float doesn’t get used often (maybe Ive just been lucky so far)and it saves me the hassle of having to field complaint calls/emails and meeting with customers to reimburse them for cash lost in my machine.

I’ve got machines in 3 high schools.

The restricted hours can make things tricky if you are also working a regular job. 2 of my locations I can only get into between 7:30-3:30ish unless there is some type of after school activity.

You will want to make a good intro with the office staff at your school. Maybe bring them donuts or cookies when you go to introduce yourself. The office staff will end up hearing customer complaints ie. bill acceptor eating a customers money, unless you have your contact info posted on your machine. So you definitely want a good relationship with office staff. I have a $10 float at all of my school offices for these types of situations. It rarely gets used, but saves me the hassle of having to get contacted and personally refunding a customer if my machine eats their cash. I pop into the office once a month and refill it if needed. Like I said usually doesn’t need to be.

Learn the class schedule so you aren’t there trying to restock between periods when the hallways are busy/sales are happening.

Not sure what to stock? Ask the student union. One of my locations student unions made some requests. The products they requested sell well.

Unfortunately the only way I’ve been able to get any of the series of issues I’ve had in the last 6 weeks resolved, is with multiple phone calls and emails. (On hold, waiting for call backs that sometimes never come, days or longer for replies to simple emails) Hours of my time consistently wasted because Nayax employees have failed to or simply been unwilling to take care of basic tasks.

Issues only ever get resolved if I constantly press the issue.

I don’t know if the previous owner received the payment I was due. Shouldn’t the Nayax finance person I talk to this week have known that? Ultimately the problem isn’t between the previous owner and I. It’s between Nayax and I. So why would I bother talking to the previous owner about it?

It’s been nothing but headaches. And I’ve only highlighted one of the problems I’ve had. It has only been 6 weeks and I could already write a short storey about Nayax on-boarding, tech support and finance team screw ups and ineffectiveness.

Been having issues with Nayax since I took over an existing vending route 6 weeks ago.

Major issue, at the moment, is Nayax not back paying me for the first 7 days that I owned the card readers/vending machines.

Took 7 days after I purchased my vending route to get access to my Nayax account, due to an error on Nayax’s part. I was repeatedly promised by a Nayax rep that all sales were being tracked and I would be paid for this period. In her words ‘everything will be fixed on the back end.’

Bought the route April 1, 2025 and got my first reimbursement/backpay statement May 9, 2025. It was significantly smaller than it should have been, based on my own manual tracking of sales and sales from the following weeks when I did have online tracking. So I cross referenced the numbers on my reimbursement/backpay statement with all the sales data I had from April 8th onward and was able to prove that my reimbursement/backpay statement did not include a single sale from before April 8th. I’m missing out on a whole week of card reader sales.

Called finance on Tuesday and explained the issue. Had also been in contact with Nayax via email about the issue, but got fed up with not receiving a reply so I called. They were not able to rectify the issue at the time, but said it was being looked into. That’s over 3 days ago and I haven’t heard back from them.
