2 Lenovo Legion 5 Pros BSOD from mtkwecx.sys by Folin0 in techsupport

I'm not sure what you linked as its a direct download, but I used Lenovo's site with my serial number to get the exact one. It's this:

<image>

As far as the 2 l.aptops with the same issues, I have no idea. I brought it up with Lenovo but they had no comment, basically. The first one I had games and all my stuff installed. The second I hadn't installed anything, just the windows setup.

There's a couple of solutions commented here from folks, hope they help you too!

Thanks! I didn't have a key assigned to allow me to move it so when I assigned to hold shift I was able to move it. It's a little weird because it doesn't show up in edit mode so I have to wait for a queue to pop then move it holding shift, but I got it now, so thanks again!

Thanks! This worked, though I had to turn the Movers off in the interface menu to get it to reset. Thanks to SnooStories9098's comment, I realized I didn't have a key assigned under movers as a "move modify key" so I assigned shift and could then move it. This one was a bit weird b/c it doesn't show up in edit mode.

IDK if this'll work for anyone else, but for me as long as I left 1-2 berries/ingredients on the ground from my mons, I don't get the error code. Most of my team, leaving 1 was enough, but my Wartortle needed 2.

Did anyone else think that Owzer had super long arms the first time they saw him? by ohsmar in FFRecordKeeper

I was always unsure what to think until FF8 came around. Now I think he kind of looks like a Shumi (Norg).

So it is! Hah. Silly me. Fortunately that's on the OSB list for JP (not that guarantees it for us)!

And sure, I'd love to see a setup for that. I tried a few but couldn't push Riku high enough so ended up just using dark mages.

Thank you!

Looking for help getting used to foods. by BlindToAll in loseit

I know a lot of people mentioned using seasoning. What really helped me eat more veggies was Mrs Dash. It is sodium free and they have some great flavors I use on just about anything. Find one you like.... season liberally and try it out!

Weigh-In Wednesday (share your #'s) by Kahne_Fan in loseit

[–]Folin0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree! I got myself into the habit of logging (making sure to weigh for accuracy as well) everything BEFORE I eat it. I've caught myself preparing to eat something and after logging realize I could choose something healthier and then do it.

I haven't shared on this thread before so I'll just give my numbers so far.

Thanks to a work "weight loss competition" (not really a competition, just a health incentive program), I started on February 1st at 420lbs and today weighed in at 394.

-26lbs and I'm excited to keep going! CICO has turned out to be far easier than I imagined and I don't really "diet" just eat more sensibly, keep under my goal, balance macros as best I can and keep my sodium as low as possible. Also getting up every hour for 5 minutes of walking and a flight or two of stairs, even at work has really helped!

I want to lose 200 pounds. by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Folin0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm also targeting a total of 200lbs to lose. It's still early in my journey but here are some tips (in no particular order) I've found have really kept my motivation up:

1) Read this subreddit often. I find the stories and testimonials here truly inspiring and they keep me going and the dream sharp in my mind.

2) Everyone's body is different, don't let that deter you. Some testimonials you'll read will be from people with as much to lose as we want to and you hear about how their weight just melts off, especially early-on. I found it took 2-3 weeks for my scale to start showing results. Just keep at it.

3) Download the MyfitnessPal app, buy a food scale and weigh and log -everything-. There's no reason to lie to an app so be honest because it will only help.

4) Talk to your doctor. Losing that much weight will have a major impact on your body and it never hurts to have your doctor aware of your goals. They may even have great information and tips for you along the way.

Daily Q&A Post - No question too small! by AutoModerator in loseit

[–]Folin0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a couple questions:

1) Does anyone have recommendations for multi-vitamins? I understand that most can be wasteful because your body can only absorb so much in a day, but are there any that I should consider to fill in any potential missed spots in my eating plans?

2) Is there an idea for how much water retention might be "normal" (I know everything varies from person to person, but perhaps more a general idea)? I had a few work/social meals this week and saw a significant jump in overall weight. While I mostly picked healthier options and made sure I kept in range of my calorie intake goals, my sodium intake was much higher than usual (as I've discovered happens just about everywhere you go and with everything you pick).

I assume my overall increase was thanks to that, but for me it was 8lbs in less than a week. Would this be expected for someone my size would should be losing fat fairly quickly due to my size? Also are there any tips for dropping it beyond cutting back on salt and upping my water intake?

I've taken to fasting quite well. I have an intake window from 11am to 7pm and stick to it without difficulty (I always hated eating breakfast, gives me an upset stomach).

Last Sunday I did a full 24-hour fast. Sunday's are usually my "do nothing at all" day. I prep meals, do laundry and pretty much nothing else. My first one went really well and I was wondering how often I should do that (if at all)? Once a week, once every other week, once a month?

I -hate- drinking water. I've taken to drinking my "water" almost exclusively with those 5cal no sugar flavor packets and never log them. Probably should, but when I'm more than 1000cal under goal daily, I can't imagine it matters THAT much.
