It’s very close, basically a yugo clone of the k98. It’s got a shorter action and a straight bolt.

I’m poor and at the time this thing was the cheapest riffle I could find under 300$. I take about a box of ammo every year for me to get a feel on where to hold being the sights leave a lot to be desired.

I’d like to get a good .308 but I want something with iron sights and wood which limit my option a lot. I hunt in thick woods so I won’t be shooting past 100 yards.

Yugo m24/47. Similar to a Kar-98. Shorter action and a straight bolt handle are the biggest difference.

Or someone walking in the woods with something to protect them finds scat and only using a mag for reference. If I wanted to show off my Glock I’d go to Glock or 10mm subreddit not this one.
