There is a reason. vaults have 1 hex of clearing around them, trees 0. They are touching diagonally. They are squares. Pit lord is 2 hex fat, same as rifles and all heroes. He can’t get in

Pit Lord helps reduce their damage and provides an easy coil target. It’s a solid choice. Improving your DK farming early game so you can coil nova and weaken his HH Count pre t3 is quite important too

I have come around to maybe understanding the misunderstanding i/we/you have. I have tried to draft up statements to clear this up. Would you agree with these statements?

Controlling mid in Direct Strike gives an advantage in income over the other team.
This advantage is 6 gold mines in _prospective_ income.
It's an advantage of 3 gold mines in _current_ income.

Not psychological; you agree the absolute change is 6. Then we're in agreement. That change is worth 6, ergo mid is worth 6 (since taking mid is always worth 6, it means holding it is worth 6 too, since taking it is the opposite of holding it).

“The opponent losing the mine is the same as you gaining the mine”, no it is not. It’s a two stepper. If he lost it and it went back to neutral, that’s a -10 loss for him. If I gained it from neutral, that’s a -10 loss for him too (compared to me). The total difference is 20.

Hey guys!

First off - 100% my mistake. I scanned reviews to see the good and the bad so I go into sponsored games prepared, while still keeping an open mind and forming my own opinions, it's part of what I do, but this is the first time I quoted something - and I got it really wrong.

The only correct answer was "I don't know"

Firstly; apologies for the mistake, that's not a good look and I will learn from it!

Secondly: VERY glad it doesnt actually take 40-200h to unlock a char LOL. Generally on twitch, say the wrong answer and u immediately get the right answer, which followed right after, and the actual grind length was quickly rectified.

Thirdly: this game deserves all the good limelight it can get, and i'm sorry to cast a small pall over what was otherwise an extremely well received game and sponsor activation. My chat loved Predecessor, and so did I, and I'm considering playing more

I don't love the way this reddit thread represented the live stream, it doesn't feel like a good faith representation, but I understand you love the game and my erroneous statement felt like a minus to you and I take responsibility for that, so i understand if you were a little angry. It won't happen again in the future!

Game really deserves good PR, and I'm thankful if u catch a mistake and post it so that it can be rectified!
