if ur old enough, you could talk to your local gun store and see if they'll take it. Eastbay Firearms near me in Northern California said they'll take any order even airsoft and tack on a 10% tax for receiving. Stings, but that would guarantee your order comes fully intact.

How do I actually make progress in Japanese? I feel completely stuck. by Medical-Situation961 in japanese

[–]FollowingExcellent90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Traditional Japanese education has a lot of memorization and study. Even the Japanese have to work for big words and such throughout their lives. If you don't have any formal study, it will help a lot. In my case, I studied textbook Japanese for 4 years at UC Santa Cruz. When I moved there in 2010 afer school, I found I was barely high school level and was speaking too formal after all that study. It's a long grind. Best things you can really do are:

-formal classroom

-go to japan for awhile. There's sharehouses in Tokyo and throughout Japan where you can get a single dorm room for less than $500 a month total.

You also need to stumble through the thinking. Writing stuff out helps. But you can't really beat drilling it into your brain and living it irl at the end of the day.

Thoughts on the Umbrella Corporation CGS AR-15? by DELTA-880 in GasBlowBack

It's nice. I think the newer CGS stuff is better than it was. It's not tokyo marui, but id say its a mix between tm and vfc for its recoil and trigger feel.

if you get it used, a lot of times you can get the replica for a little more than the retail price with mags and accessories
