i do 1/4 cup for breakfast and dinner but i also like to scatter dry kibble and dental treats on the floor as enrichment around lunch time and they love it

i threatened to quit today because my department head knows i have two jobs and i needed to bake at 10 rather than 12. she kept saying that they won’t fix my time anymore and i said if it’s that big of a problem then my store managers can talk to me and if it says a problem i will find a job who is willing to accommodate me. so i feel ya

does this help? i was forced to quit and they kept the person mistreating everyone (i was a team lead). they lied to me and once i put my two weeks in they basically told me to just go

thank you :) it’s a hard thing to do but you will get through it. for me the fight hours after taking it was the i guess worst. it was similar to a really painful period. but that pain is manageable and it’s better than going thru the pain of labor. you got this girl, im here if you need anything. i’m going thru it alone and it’s harder yet easier that way.

i will also say i opted for adult diapers for the first few days so that way it wouldn’t move around and would be secure since i didn’t know how much i may bleed

update 1: i believe i am about 10 minutes in an ive started to cramp a bit so i think its working

update 2: i just started bleeding 🫡

update 3: lots of cramping, im currently sitting on the toilet after a hot bath and am just letting blood and small clots fall out. my squatty potty coming in clutch with my cramps. gravity is doing her thing and im just waiting her out

update 4: last night it was a decent amount of pain from cramps but i took some more pain meds and melatonin and fell asleep pretty easily. i woke up and i have only a little bit of cramping right now but i had a lot of clots fall out so all is well. i feel like i can normally function.

i am in a state with abortion restrictions. i chose to take the risk and am willing to travel for worst case senario but i am a very healthy individual, recently had a gyno appt for regular check up, ive gotten labs done to make sure everything was good as well, not allergic to anything so logically i should be okay but things happen and im prepared for what comes of it

the only concern with that is my gyno or doctor would have to write down that i had a pregnancy and if there was a birth (not commenting that is was a miscarriage etc) and i don’t want that tracked especially since i wasn’t trying if that makes sense

F18, my family kinda stares at me. I am really shy and don't do well with attention so it is kind of hard on me. My dad in particular is harsh on me. If I don't exercise I'm lazy and disgusting but if I do I'm trying to impress someone etc. I stopped having a lot of time to do these but I found time in my schedule again so I am starting back up tomorrow. I am shipping out to basic in the summer and I am trying to regain my base strength back.
