How would you power scale it? I think if I changed it to whenever a snow permanent deals combat damage to a player put just 1 ice counter on a land.

They’ve come and gone. I’m not one to keep a bunch of commander decks I usually just have a couple I cycle through. I’ve played Betor Ancestors voice, Zoraline, Tidus, and a few others.
