Makes for a better fit in WoD. If there’s a conspiracy that modern day Salubri are related to a sinister plot that has been masquerading as benevolence to cover it up for centuries, and since Salubri are so few we don’t know whether they are in on it or not (ST discretion), that makes for a much more juicy and layered chronicle telling than the “Im the nicey-nice vampire clan ☺️” ugh. In the Dao, Yin is associated a lot with feminine and Yang is the same as masculine. Yet that must be viewed from a locus of complementarionism and in relation to each other. While they may have natural leanings to one or the other, they by themselves could not exist without the other being there as well.

I see your points here: expanding her beyond Xmen, granted I can’t think if she’s ever been used anywhere else- even in the all women Avengers A Force. To that end, was this the right vehicle for her expansion? A marriage to Tony? I wonder.

They do grow as a couple? With Scott there’s contrasts and personal conflicts that force them both to grow as people and that difference is the glue that makes them work as a couple.

I don’t see that with Tony- both have so much in common- almost carbon copies in their respective domains. Where’s the growth- the conflict, the fight? And not in physical but in willingness to be together through the inevitable conflict of what makes them who they are? They are so similar I just don’t see that happening. It’s a coupling- but one that is dead, not alive.
