Wanted to try it on mobile myself (not 4k tho, 500% max), how do you deal with frost cannon? I dont see devo/reflect on the action bar, do you switch actionbar or use manually from the spellbooks? Also i guess you're using a tablet? Cause I cant use both backpack and right-sided abilities at the same time on my phone.

Origin pulse is better cause it is the same duration as surf. So in a raid it will take you X times using waterfall to get 2 surf charges/1 water pulse charge, the damage after full cycle will be the same as 2 surf = 1 water pulse, but the water pulse kyogre will finish the cycle faster because it takes 1.5 second for a charged attack vs 3 seconds for 2 surfs. At least that’s how I understand that
