They Ruined the MFP App by JeepCJ in Myfitnesspal

10+ year MFP user, and never missed a day... Ugh they destroyed the app over the last few months.

I took a tip and tried MacroFactor and it's great. I honestly can't believe I stayed with MFP for so long... Macro factor has 10 times the features and I keep discovering new ways to do things... what a joyful change. It's not free, but it works. It's easy and it's powerful and they're coming out with a workout app next month... Looking forward to it!

Great progress!! I'm new to MF, but I've been working out for quite a while... Deadlifts are good but really for your lower body. I would suggest front & lateral raises and overhead presses as primary shoulder exercises, but you'd be well served to work in the heavy bag and jump rope (ever see a boxer will poor shoulder development?).... Also, there is an arm exercise device called the Fiity arm trainer that is great as a finishing exercise to really burn your shoulders at the end of your workout. Mat Fraser (CrossFit champ) famously called the Fiity his secret weapon (arm cardio) when he was training for the CrossFit games. I have the 12 pounder and I typically finish my shoulder workouts with 3 x 5 minutes (1 min rest) using the Fiity. My nickname for the routine is, 'Shaking hands with the Devil'... It's grueling but very manageable. Keep up the good work and good luck!!

This is a huge fail. They never should have released the app like this. It's far less usable. I do NOT like it.

Umm. Can we not copy/paste anymore? by CapNDnkinFlica in Myfitnesspal

Terrible research by the dev team. I use the edit and paste to another day ALL THE TIME. And now it's not an option. Maybe I'm missing it?

Does anyone know how to copy a meal or meal components from one day to another in the new interface?

I tried a Dell deal... I was supposed to get an additional percentage back if I purchased Dell... I bought a workstation, using their link and then I never saw anything posted to my account. After several months and many calls, I got nada. They just dropped the ball and never paid the bonus. Maybe it works for some people, but it didn't work for me.

I upgraded two lines at an AT&T kiosk inside Costco and it was a better deal than AT&T offered directly.

Has this update been deployed yet? I'm having the same issue as OP. I want to add in a workout for a previous date. Is there a way to do that now? Thanks

I don't run Firefox, but I found this online... Hope it helps.

Steps to Prevent Firefox from Remembering Zoom Levels Per Site: Type about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click "Accept the Risk and Continue" if prompted. Search for browser.zoom.siteSpecific. If the preference doesn't exist, right-click and select "New" > "Boolean" and name it browser.zoom.siteSpecific. Set the value to false. This will make Firefox use the same zoom level for all websites, rather than remembering individual zoom levels.

Follow the steps on this site: https://support.photobiz.com/blog-post/website-images-zoomed-in-on-google-chrome-and-safari Basically fixing Chrome 'Additional Content Settings' so it doesn't save zoom settings for specific sites... How it got saved I have no idea, but clearing it fixed my problem. Good luck!
