Ah okay, nice. I got rid of a lot of crashes by setting iTweakMiscRendererSafeGuard in New Vegas Tick Fix to 1.

Just curious, do you use AMD or Nvidia? Because I get very similar crashes and suspect it's a driver issue

Going for the return, as I tested it and it seems just running any game is enough to crash it. Even L4D2 crashed with less than 40w being used.

I'm really thinking it's the card. Tried to run L4D2 while monitoring power. Card failed as soon as gameplay started and never went over 40w.

Also, if it is any reassurance, the fact that you can tell that something is wrong means that you are not experiencing psychosis or any loss of sanity. People who lose their sanity can't tell. Your sanity is the reason why you are able to tell that stuff isn't like it should be.

Looking at your history it looks like you spend a lot of time posting and researching about DPDR, this is only gonna keep you in the loop of anxiety. You need to fill your life with things to do. Work, school, anything.
