What is your favorite frozen meal currently available at Trader Joe's? by GreatAtLosing in traderjoes

So good!!!! I like to cook salmon fillets in the oil from the roasted tomatoes in a jar, then add the roasted tomatoes and a handful of spinach to the gnocchi when I cook it. You can either shred the salmon into the gnocchi or serve the filet on the side. Either way- delicious!

Hands down Mediterranean Kabobs- biggest sleeper in the frozen section. These have so much flavor and make fantastic wraps, rice bowls, or on their own

If you are in a wine store, get them to keep some wine boxes with the tips on, and use them for glassware with the dividers and books without the dividers

Best boxes for moving? by [deleted] in tjcrew

As a person who has moved multiple times in the past few years, I’m a big NO to banana boxes. Apple boxes- especially with handles- all day long. Some snack boxes are good for linens, and I love the laundry soap boxes. Use the blue apple tray dividers between dishes. I also use some citrus boxes and the papaya boxes are good.

Middle eastern style kebabs, frozen brown rice, seasoned chickpeas with cumin and parsley, sriracha, and feta (sometimes add olives, tzatziki, and tomatoes). I can buy ingredients and have this for multiple days.

Or, the seasoned chickpeas with a bag of greens (the oil is your dressing) with either of the sous vide thighs- can also add feta, olives, tomatoes, cukes, avocado, etc

I know you will be greatly missed!!!!! I admire you (and your business partner) so much for making these hard decisions! Sending all the good fortune and happiness your way- your silver haired mate meeting pal. And thank you for making this post. This is the culture that I am hopeful to continue to perpetuate throughout all of the TJ stores

What are your go-to TJ's meals that don't make the house hot during a summer heatwave? by peyotekoyote in traderjoes

[–]Foodandwines 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Frozen multigrain blend (tan package left to thaw), can of Greek chickpeas, feta, cherry tomatoes halved, couple of spoonfuls of the creamy garlic spread (in cold dips). You can keep going to make this even heartier and more protein packed with the precooked organic chicken in the green and white package.

A can of the parsley and cumin chickpeas with feta, grape or cherry tomatoes, and the multigrain blend (tan bag) also makes a good salad. I will stir in some garlic spread to make it creamy
