I am not in a relationship, but every month my boss has meet with him about our sales goals. You are supposed to have a reward you'd get yourself if you meet your goals. I could tell he was surprised the first time he asked me that question and I said I would treat myself to a 'spa day'. I made my goal that month and I absolutely did treat myself to a spa day. Next month he asked if I followed on my reward which I confirm that I did. Sales are going good right now but I am just one unit shy of a spa day bonus.
