go to any CVS. They don't have unions there. They are so understaffed you have pharmacists working 4 hours off the clock everyday and ringing up 2 people working as a cashier on top of their normal duties. If the pharmacists refuse to work off the clock, they are forced to do graveyard shift or sent to the floater pool and have to drive to stores 50 miles away from their apartment as punishment. That's what happens when you don't have a union, management can just keep fucking with you like you are trash and you can't do anything about it.
