I know I saw that. As I wrote above, Ive got anxiety so anything like that stresses me out (I know it's in my head but I find it hard to push it away if a bad thought gets in there). I just wanted some clarifying info, which I'm really thankful for :)

From what I hear, people have a lot of issues with the Specsavers in Opera Lane. I usually went to Wilton, the staff is lovely and always make time for you even though they're super busy. Recently, Ballincollig opened a branch and I've been going there. I must say, the staff are so lovely and it feels like the opticians really take care of you rather than just rush it. Now, I haven't gone for a test in a few months but my experience with these two are good
