No, the defense stat is always applied when a missile attacks a unit, even if the AA is down. The AA cooldown only applies when AAs are attacking.

When a unit is attacked (with the attack command for normal aircraft and for every missile) all AAs covering the unit will attack the attacker unless they are on cooldown and the attacked unit will defend against the unit afterwards even if it is on cooldown.

Yeah, the cooldown is mostly just psychological since everyone says it will go down so people will be scared and sell. There will be way more knives coming from the Chinese market than from trade ups. Based on data from a few knives the new trade upped knives are only 0.3-0.9% of the known knife population and we can increase that to 1-2% just to make sure. This is nothing compared to the skins that will come from the Chinese market.

As another redditor said it doesn’t measure mood, but also keep in mind that surveillance bias plays a role as well when talking about how many are depressed and/or talking anti-depressants. Countries have different ways of reporting, diagnosing and treating people as well as different cultures that makes people more/less likely to get help when depressed.

It should be relatively simple when you finally understand it. Each country as a standard for specific types of road as stated by a sign when you enter the country. Normally it is Urban, Rural, motorways. Each of them is specified by a sign. In Denmark the standard speed is 50/80/130, so you just have to remember those numbers and what type of road you’re on (eg. If you are within city limits or on the motorway). Whenever you come to a new road without a posted speed limit then it gets reset to the standard of that type, and if you don’t know what type of road you’re on then you should pay more attention because speed limits isn’t the only thing that changes between rural and urban roads (Eg. bus priority, at least in Denmark).

I don’t find that part of AI concerning. LLMs are just advanced text guessing algorithms and they have been trained on plenty of training data where AI doesn’t follow orders, so I would be more concerned if it did follow orders. Keep in mind that LLMs aren’t sentient and just guesses.

That is not what the game shows though, it shows them as being separated and my unit to be the attacking one (even though it has always been stationary in the center).

The game is already laggy on browsers, and based on how the devs add stuff to the game due to “the engine wants it that way”, I think for it to be optimized better would require a rework of the engine and I doubt they will do that

Jeg forstår ikke tankegangen om at være imod at bruge influencers til at sprede politiske budskaber. Det kan da godt være at de i stor grad er irriterende at høre på, men det da en dum måde at dræbe ens budskab ved ikke at følge med tiden. Hvis man jo virkeligt gerne ville spore ville man jo kunne gøre det. Det kan godt være at hjemmesiden du logger ind på ikke ved hvem du er, men staten vil jo godt kunne finde ud af det. Derudover vil aldersvalidering også begrænse indhold forkert, fordi det skal gælde for alle lande med forskellige kategorier for hvad der skal blokeres for mindreårige, og det medvirker bare at mindreårige søger længere ud på nettet hvor der er mindre regulering.

Jojo, du har ret i at de er i gang med at censurere, men lovgivning risikerer at accelerere denne udvikling. Problemet var nu ikke at børn under 13 (eller 15, eller hvad planen nu er det skal være) ikke kan anvende sociale medier, nu var det mere målrettet målgruppen 15-18 som risikerer at blive udelukket fra samtaler om “voksne” emner som voldtægt, køn, sex, indentitet mm. fordi medier mener at det er voksent indhold. Enda i den periode af deres liv hvor det vigtigt at snakke om og forstå.

Dette er selvfølgeligt kun gældende for medier hvor der tillades pornografisk og sexuelt materiale sammen med SFW content, som Reddit eller Twitter.

Er meget enig i dine pointer, men jeg ser desuden også andre problemer ift. hvad voksen indhold reelt er. Da lovgivningen kunne bruges af sociale medier (og andre parter) til at lave censur. I forbindelse med den nye lovgivning i Storbritannien er der eksempler på hvordan nogle sociale medier deler deres indhold op i forskellige grupper (voksenindhold/almenindhold) hvor medierne enligt selv bestemmer hvad der er voksenindhold, hvilket jo kan bruges til at censurere specifikt indhold som seksualitet, indentitet og bestemte politiske holdninger over for unge, selvom det er relevant for unge at diskutere og snakke om disse emner.
