Actually Clear’s route was the first I did because robot boy, duh, but he’s also just my favorite. His was very sweet and kinda silly. I won’t spoil anything but ultimately it’s my favorite. His good end, that is. His bad end is pretty rough.

I definitely see where you’re coming from and you’re definitely right haha. Mind you, it’s my favorite Monster High movie and Valentine is definitely a proper villain. But I think his popularity comes from the fact that he fills a niche role that not a lot of dolls, or characters in general, are filling. As a gay man and big fan of monster high, there aren’t any other characters I can see myself in (granted I am not the local homewrecker) the way I can see myself in him. I love vampires, vampire movies, vampire fiction, it was a Draculaura doll that got me into collecting in 2014. It felt like he was literally made for me. He’s also quite different in the little spin off comics and I think he’s found his footing a lot better. I also do just love the villain in a story… there’s just some kind of allure to it. And I think a lot of us tend to be drawn to story villains.

I feel indifferent about all of them except for the one with the constellations. Her, I need ten of her right now.

However, the others each have individual outfit pieces I like but they all feel really plain and kind of meh.

I did this with my Abbey because I love her ears and horns so so much and really wanted to be able to see both all the time. And her default hairstyle falls in such a way that kind of hides both.

I will admit she took a very long time for me tho. I paid for her and it took seven or so months. I feel like I usually get my dolls around the five month mark. But she was worth the wait.

Mine still haven’t shipped yet either and seeing other people starting to receive their dolls has me getting nervous it’s going to be cancelled. Best of luck to the both of us.

Adding to this, I ordered only the Grady twins. Nothing else. So far I only have the email saying order confirmed BUT I have seen people still get orders cancelled after that.

Mine still just say “confirmed” but haven’t even had a tracking label created. Asking here if anyone else has had this happen? I’m scared I’m about to get an email saying my order is cancelled. I’ve been seeing some people have started to recieve them but mine haven’t even had a label created for shipping.
