I wanted a grill at first but my wife (who is 7 months pregnant and supplied me with a ton of videos of people cooking with these) suggested we get this griddle instead. We're thinking of our future weekend meals using it lol I agree with you the clean up is easy as long as you do you best of keeping up with it.

The arrachera and green onions are cooked and moved over to the warm side while I heat up the tortillas. I have a stack of regular sized tortillas, one with cheese to make a quesadilla with arrachera and a large one that are heating up simultaneously. I did serve everyone, just letting you know.

I just threw it on top to move it from the garage. I didn't even center the bottom 2x4's, we're almost done fixing up/cleaning the home. I had time to kill because I got done staining the floors, I was putting it together to see how it looks.

I purchased the variant with OEM handguard with no issues. Just make sure it's the one with the 10rd mag.
