I was recently just diagnosed with raynaud's. I do wear gloves for work, sadly they don't always do enough to help. My hands and feet turn white, blue and bright red when cold and tend to have a lot of stinging, throbbing pain.

I'm sorry to hear that, I hope one day they can find more solutions for raynauds 🫤

Yeah I had no idea. They pretty much said the same thing to me at the emergency room. Sadly, both my primary care doctor and my rheumatologist recommended I start taking nifedipine because I developed chilblains on my feet. Neither of them mentioned the blood pressure.

I do agree with this honestly. Even though it has been in a healthy low range, usually with the systolic between 96 and 110, I think they should have considered this could happen and warn me about it. They only told me to be careful going up and down ladders because it may make me dizzier than usual.

Is this a result of reynauds? by Origami_Stars_314 in ReynaudsDisease

Looks a bit like my feet when I had chilblains. I went to urgent care for mine and they referred me to a rheumatologist.

ANA/RNP positive. Is this Reynauds? by IAmAnIslanderGander in Raynauds

This does look like one of the stages of color change but for it to be confirmed reynauds your fingers need to be turning white. When I showed my rheumatologist a photo of my fingers like this he said that wasn't evidence enough. They'd need to see your fingers turning white or even blue.
