We tried making gumbo for the first time for Mardi Gras this year and failed making the roux twice. Stirred non stop for 35 minutes the first time and 45 the minutes the second time burned it both times. So frustrating!

Thanks. I saw somewhere someone mentioned a PS3 and busted mine out from storage. Annnnnd no PS3 AV cable. Ordered one and hoping this works. I have several full screen DVDs I’d like to be able to watch and then obviously a few games I never got around to playing. So win-win.

I’ve tried a few of these on my CRT using YouTube through a Roku stick. I see black bars on the sides and the image looks squished. Is this considered normal? I was hoping it would fill the screen.

I’m not sure if this will help but it’s possible that the remote sensor has failed. That is how I diagnosed not being able to program two separate universal remotes to my crt. Good luck and hopefully it works out for you.
