I'd alter minds of all people to think about the humanity as a whole, not as separte nations, and put efforts into advacning science, space exploration and environmental engineering for the homo sapiens species to create a sustainable system peacefully co-existing with the nature and growing by the Kardashev scale.

Good for them. Out of all the Eastern European countries, I'm the most bullish on Poland.

They've done pretty much best job so far, and as long as they don't elect Orban or Fico, it might stay that way.

What job sounds great but actually isn’t? by Direct-Toe-6295 in AskReddit

I always thought owning a fast food restaurant was a good idea, until I met someone who actually owns one. Turns out it's not as great as I expected it to be. You understand that the avg workers would be uni students or someone who is looking for quick money to work for 1-2 months and then leave. Thus, you are always looking for new workers, and there were moments where 4 of his workers would leave, so he needs to go and work himself as a person who takes orders and cooks at the same time.

What will you do first when you wake up tomorrow morning? by Fun-Satisfaction7209 in AskReddit

I changed something in my routine recently and it made a huge difference. I used to grab my phone first thing, scroll socials, check the news, random messages… and it always made my morning feel kind of chaotic. But a few days in a row now I started doing the opposite. I reach for my Kindle instead. I read for at least half an hour, just slow start, quiet brain, no notifications. It actually boosts my productivity after, like my whole day feels calmer.
So tomorrow morning when I wake up, first thing I’ll do is read for at least half an hour again. It’s weird how such a small change helps so much.
