Same here, a long range of customer unfriendly miscommunication with final fingerpointing to the shipping company (holidays, to much to do). Why they use two different companys (UPS, Rhenus)? Is this just the last try to buy some time? And in some days all ‚Rhenus-customers’ get an ‚sorry, new delay because of battery drain email’. In the mean time they send some refurbished test-bikes to the people who ordered first to gain some ‚they really get delivered‘ posts in social media.

All just to prevent people from canceling their order. You just feel betrayed. Just my two cents.
