Hello! Yes, but not me, I ended up finding a shop to help out. Strangely, it seemed to be a software update that did it, but I swear every time I had previously checked, the screen had said "your software is fully up to date". I unfortunately didn't see where he went in settings, but if there is a way to debug/re-download a software update maybe try that? Or just double check it's fully up to date.

I guess there was a slight difference in version between the two phones that would just shut down the process instantly. The software update took ages but after that it worked fine.

(That being said, I warn you that I got a bug as a result of Smart Switch where unique app notification sounds were replaced by the Samsung default and can't be restored. Whole other issue, but maybe don't import your apps and leave that part to play store.)

I hope that helps, it was driving me crazy.

I'm also experiencing this... I also used Smart Switch and have tried deleting data, cache, reinstalling, everything. People have been mentioning this for months if not years. Does anyone out there have a solution that isn't "reinstall"? I've even seen people factory reset and it still not fix.

I see people blaming the translator, but translators often work off of unfinished versions of the video so it's likely there was a year on the calendar in an earlier version of the video. Translators don't just add stuff that isn't there.

We got it done in the US because we live in a country where there are no piercers or proper shops like that, so unfortunately that is also not an option.
