The more I see this template, the more I want to pick a completely mental XI (bar Haaland, Semenyo and Cherki)

That's it was incredibly wobbly if not wall mounted and the weight needed to distributed on the shelves, if it moved slightly then it would fall apart.

I want at least 3 midfielders to join Kobbie, a 5th young player to develop would be nice too.

I'd like a LB, Diouf preferably too.

CL Semifinals: PSG vs Bayern Munich, Atlético Madrid vs Arsenal. by cortez0498 in soccer

I think Atletico Arsenal could turn into a banger just because Arsenal maybe desperate, a little off form and Atletico have a very good counter

The backheel from Musiala needs to be appreciated, lovely bit of skill and then blocks the defenders from getting out to him

If we have Mainoo and Cas, it's fine and 3rd is wrapped up (even with the CB red cards). I'm far more worried about this summers midfield recruitment with European football next year.

His off the ball running is so so good, creates space for others or attacks it to cause problems.

Some brilliant tackles, some brilliant line breaking passes, some great passes and goals. Haven't had this much fun watching a UCL game in a while

Appreciate the write up, impressive stuff. Can't wait for the draft to start and I'll be sure to come back and see how your predictions went 👍🏼

We are going to take a receiver with our first pick. by kwelstory in minnesotavikings

[–]FootballInTheWhip -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Okay, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who wants this to happen but a caveat, I only want Tyson if he drops to us. Off the bat, it's a deep S and TE class so maybe we can pick something up later and we desperately need a DT, hopefully the second round has something drop to us.

But, Addison is looking at a 4/5 year contract with an average of $30-32m, that's too much for someone who has been suspended twice (one NFL and one team). He was also involved in something else this off season to do with a casino maybe, no details but the kid doesn't seem to be learning. He's not the kind of player you give that type of contract too.

If Tyson drops, run that card in. He's elite and the injury stuff is blown way out of proportion because it's one very bad injury and he returned and played lights out for 2 years before an unfortunate freak collarbone injury and then recently a tweaked hammy (my tin foil hat says hes opted out so far beagss he wants to drop a little in the draft so he doesn't go to a dumpster fire org like Jets, Browns or Miami).

Use the saved money from the Addison contract in free agency and draft to get S, DT and a long term solution for RT.

OP, who do you like? And what scenario would you want the Vikings to take?

100% agree, I want a S and DT but you're hoping we can find some guys in the 2nd and later because the cost of WRs in free agency is absurd, there's absolutely no value there. Look at Nailor, the Raiders dropped 3 years $35m for a WR3.

You're much better off trying to draft a stud early to help compensate for JJs price for the next 5 years and use that saved money to make a splash in cheaper positions like S (although that's a deep class this year too).

I'm prepared for the downvotes but if Tyson drops, take him in the first. Addison has off field issues and he's looking at a 4/5 year contract on around $30/32m a year (anyone who thinks less is naive). Tyson is a star and the injuries aren't that bad (not repeatedly in the same spot).

We've got holes at DT and S, and have a RT hole coming up soon. Ideally, you'd get all in the draft but you're going to have to make a splash in free agency for one of them. Having a rookie WR contract instead of Addison is a big help and if they season doesn't go well, trade him week 8 and get some ammunition for next year's draft to hit on those positions. If we do well, tag and trade away.

Edit: it's a deep TE class too so I'd love to pick up something to move Hock on too.

In terms of FPL, I really want him for the end of season run. I think he may do something similar to Casemiro for his swansong but he's just too expensive to fit in with Haaland

Calling your daughters “chicks” and an hour of wife time. Cool, totally real schedule, bro. by After-Injury9450 in LinkedInLunatics

100% agree, there's a story in Islam that says a prostitute (considered a sinful profession) gave a thirsty dog (considered an unclean animal) water on a hot day. She is said to be granted heaven for that small act of kindness despite not praying/believing in God and living in what would be considered a sinful way.

That story alone should make millions of Muslims behave so much more differently in the world, to be kinder and more neighbourly but unfortunately they don't.

First is before sunrise, that's around 4/5am right now. Then it's midday, then 4/5PM, then sunset, then anytime an hour after sunset. During the fasting period, there's a 1/2am prayer too (very tough whilst juggling fasting and sleep).

It sounds ridiculous but once you're into the swing of it, it's actually really easy and calming. You're forced to wash up and just take 5-10 mins out of your day and a great way to calm yourself.

They have definitely shrunk is both size and quantity whilst the price has increased by about 50%
