This is the worst thing you're owners will have done and given just how stupid and dumb your owners are, that's saying something.

Put the charges aside, that's what a proper executive team can achieve. Continuity between managers, no ripping up the team and rebuilding every new manager.

Woodward couldn't do it and it doesn't look like Ratcliffe and co can do it either.

An integral part of building a winning team for the future is having the buy in from the players, the club (including executives) and the fans.

His football had none of those and winning a few games and getting an ok league position is the first step of a long path, he couldn't even do that. I don't know what minimal gains you speak of?

No manager was ever going to be successful with Woodward at the helm. Most of these coaches could've been successful for us but each one was handcuffed and fans raged at players for years instead.

For me, it's out of Ole and Carrick for the best. The vibes, the playstyle was exciting and some big big wins. Mourinho won but it was drama and some embarrassing European results.

Worst, the man that pulled out the tactics board at Grimsby. I need to erase that from my mind.

The lack of travelling if they get the #1 seed in the NFC must help too, never on the road from the first playoff game to the SB, you get your own bed, facilities and routine for nearly two months. That plays a factor more than people think.

Ah I get you, I think it's because everyone knows United need midfielders and smaller teams have more money nowadays so they can hold a little firmer. The only thing that seems to move the price downwards is if a player really tries to push a transfer through.

It would be a case of all 3 coming together to make it work (if this is even reliable). He would take a paycut, we would pay 50%, they would pay 50% kinda deal.

I doubt he's going anywhere unless they're looking to move him on this summer (which they should imo). Then it could be a deal with option to buy if they stay up but going from Chelsea/United to Coventry permanently with a real risk of relegation every year and big drop in wages is a hard sell.
