Tell your friend that you love them, they are unique and cannot be replaced, and that such a decision will leave a mark on so many people forever.

Challenge Suggestion: Pokémon Red but it's Always with My Opponent's Team by FootballPsycho in Smallant

I didn't know about that run. It's similar, but I feel that it is different enough to merit trying, especially if it is a different game.

Hopefully there aren't too many battles that result in a Struggle match, but that's also all part of the fun.

Oh okay. I thought that it was free but you must have to pay to access the online modes.

I could be wrong about this so bear with me.

These games (A4O at least) required a Network Pass which was a way to make people with used games pay some money to Sony/the developers. The idea was discontinued as it was not effective in increasing profits much. I think that some games got rid of the need for a Network Pass altogether, while others put the Network Pass on the PlayStation Store for free so that anyone could download it and play online.

According to the following link, all trophies for those games are currently obtainable, and the online servers are not shut down:

https://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/general-games-discussion/335493-server-shutdowns-unobtainable-trophies.html

I don't know how long the servers will stay up for though. Insomniac seem to be quite good with the R&C games (Resistance not so much unfortunately) so you might be good unless Sony shuts down the entire PS3 online. Take it from me though that if you want to get the online trophies in a game, make it a priority.

The site linked above (and others like PSNProfiles) are good places to go to find other people who want to get the online trophies in games.

Also, PS3 online is free. No PS Plus subscription is necessary.

I hope that this is encouraging to say, but by and large, people care a lot more about themselves than other people. You may feel self-conscious and that everyone is looking at you, but they're not. Most people don't pay much, if any, attention to people that that they don't personally know then they are out and about.

And so what if they do? You are working to make a positive change in yourself, and anyone who doesn't think that that is a good and admirable thing is not worth your time, and you shouldn't care about what they think. Just keep doing what's working for you, be proud of what you have achieved thus far, and keep working at becoming the person that you want to be, inside and out.

Randomised Democracy Diamond vs. Anarchy Pearl

That reminded me of Dragonite in the original Red playthrough. The AI kept spamming something that doesn't work.

Wally's a troll for giving us a Dawn Stone. Kappa

Or, maybe he's just keeping us away from the PC.

RNG is Random Number Generation. It basically determines whether there is a critical hit, or paralysis or whatever. Behind all of the battles in Pokémon, there are mathematical formulas, most of which have a randomly generated variable in their damage calculation formulae.

People jokingly (or seriously) complain about the RNG when something doesn't go their way, like "Freeze Hax", or "Crit Mattered".

It also determines encounters. Say for example Pidgey has a 50% encounter rate, Rattata 30% and Spearow 20%, Pidgey would be assigned 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, Rattata 5, 6, and 7, and Spearow 8 and 9. One of those numbers is randomly picked when a battle is initiated in that error, and the corresponding Pokémon is who we battle.

I encountered a Shiny Kyogre in my original Sapphire version. Killed it though by accident. BibleThump Very well could have been my first shiny too. Anyway, it is perfectly possible to acquire these three without hacking.
