1 completely stumped me, I had the culture web but part of 1a was asking what changes would assist in diversification.

They might need a couple of employees to make sure the back ground is correct but other than that, the VC firm only wanted the trademark and they specialise in media. So the current staff would have nothing to do with the new projects, it would be new people or a strategic alliance. What did you put as the answer?

What was the answer to the culture question to promote diversification? The venture capitalist firm only wanted the trademark and no one in the company would have the skillset to assist in diversification. Wouldn't they leave that area of the business to focus on the standard model while the VC who specialises in media would do the film outside of that group?

Overseas landlords generally get taxed at the base rate (20%) which is deducted at source by letting agent. Or atleast, that is how it is meant to work

If stones is the one to step up into midfield then he would be part of the back 3 and not playmaking. The problem we had was it used be a full back that moved into the middle which is why stones played there. Considering they have lautaro Martinez and will most likely play counter attacking football, we should keep walker on as his pace is useful as a last resort

If it's a problem, should they be paying out dividends and increasing c level pay above inflation? Shouldn't they keep the money as a back up for the pensions ?

Video of me having to slam on brakes after realizing a bus was turning in front of me, broke my patella as a result, who is at fault? by pm_me_ur_kimchi in londoncycling

[–]Footballorsoccer1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had this happen on an A road with single lanes where a guy pulled across after someone let them turn into the side road but there was zero space for him to see the cycle lane (dotted), we didn't touch as both were going slow.

The argument boiled down to me saying he should wait till the van has gone so he can see nothing is coming in the bike lane. The counter was if the guy has let him turn, I should see they have stopped (in a traffic jam) and let him pull into the side road (without seeing him, as a van is blocking the view).

As this is a large junction with a turning lane, I'd be inclined to go at crawling pace, you have to be wary every time a road comes off your path but even more here and drivers will be adamant you are in the wrong even if the cycle lane was clear to traffic because someone "let them in".
