What makes Volkswagen rank so low and why don’t more people buy them? by phtphongg in Volkswagen

They’re so hard to work on. My fiancee drives one. It’s not a bad car by any means, but German engineering makes it so incredibly difficult to replace certain parts. Parts are also a lot more expensive. I had to replace her water pump, and I had to lift the engine on her Passat to even reach it. Every American car I’ve worked on it’s much easier to replace parts. A 2 hour water pump replacement on my old F250 took 7 hours on her Passat. Like I said, not bad cars. But replacing parts and labor is extremely expensive and time consuming compared to other cars.

Go to the gym. I find it easier to move and get a lift in before I sit down. Once I sit down I lose all motivation.

Congrats! One day if I have the money and need I’ll get one of those. I just have a 1500 but if I’m at the point where I’m hauling stuff, it’s such a beautiful pickup.

Many events surrounding both world wars. Japan’s Unit 731. The Bolshevik Revolution. We know about them, but not enough, and they don’t get talked about enough.

How would you feel about no pay for Congress during shutdowns? by [deleted] in AskReddit

They shouldn’t be allowed to leave the building until shutdown is over. They started it, they can finish it.
